About the Wine

Tunuyan's high elevation and close proximity to the Andes Mountains makes it one of Argentina's best locations for Sauvignon Blanc.  The Basso's harvest their Sauvignon Blanc fruit in two passes, –an early picking that guarantees herbal notes and natural acidity, and a later picking that offers lush, tropical flavors.

Tasting Notes

Attractive and bright pale green yellow in color.  Great aromas of fresh herbs, tropical fruits and citrus.  Light and elegant in flavor, truly refreshing due to its balanced acidity.  Many of our customers tell us this is their favorite Carlos Basso white wine.
