This Albarino started as an experiment for Bouza and has quickly turned into one of the winery's most sought after bottlings.  A supurb Albarino and well worth a try.

Wine Type: White

Elaboration:  Harvested in mid-February.  85% stainless steel tanks and 15% in oak barrels.  Aged 3 months.  Unfiltered.

 

Tasting Notes

 

Pale honey-green in color with a nose of starfruit, orange rind, and grapefruit, with hints of guava.  Finishes fresh and lively, with balanced acidity.
