Acorn Winery is a small sustainable winery in Russian River Valley, California, owned and operated by Betsey & Bill Nachbaur since 1994. Their goal is to produce traditional field-blends (where grapes are interplanted, harvested, and co-fermented together), creating approachable, food-friendly wines made in the old-world style. For those who believe that Cabernet Franc is only a blending wine, this is a must try.
